play.com - order FAIL - return SUCKS!

So we have ordered to 2 Ps3 games, a month ago! After 2 weeks nothing is delivered. I go to the return policy- it says you have to wait 21 days! (Lame). I wait 21 days, then I proceed on re-requesting new games to be sent.

For some strange reason play.com accepts the request for the first one, but for the second one the send me some sort of printed document to SIGN (OMG OMG) and post (OMG OMG OMG OMG). They indicate that after they receive my signed form they will need some more days until they re-sent me a new item!

This SUCKS play.com if I knew that I would just request my money back and would just buy the game from a local store!

The other thing is that you may have phone numbers and stuff for your helpdesk but there is not EVEN on single page indicating a helpdesk email. I mean .really I don't want to phone to BELFAST really I hate calling service reps - I like writing emails is this so difficult?

This is my last time I order from play.com I am quite dissatisfied. I mean dude over some many years nothing has happened on amazon orders!
